Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 2 pieces
- Turnips 1 piece
- Pumpkin 1 piece
- Parsley 1 stem
- Dill 3 stems
- Kefir 1 cup
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and peel the vegetables. Slice them into rounds and layer them on a baking sheet in the following order: potatoes, carrots, onions, turnips, and pumpkin. Salt each layer.
Step 2
Chop the herbs and sprinkle them over the layers.
Step 3
Top the assembled casserole with grated cheese.
Step 4
Pour a cup of kefir or diluted sour cream over it.
Step 5
Place in an oven preheated to 355°F for 30–40 minutes.
