- Courgette 1 piece
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Milk 2 tablespoons
- Egg white 1 piece
- Salt a pinch
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the vegetables thinly. Grease the bottom of a baking dish with butter and layer the vegetables overlapping, adding salt.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. For this, sauté the flour with butter, then add milk while stirring continuously, and cook until thickened.
Step 3
Remove from heat, add the egg while whisking well, and season the sauce with salt. Pour the sauce over the vegetables. Sprinkle with finely grated cheese.
Step 4
Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
