Ingredients
- Broccoli 10 oz
- Cauliflower 10 oz
- Green Beans 5 oz
- Brussels Sprouts 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Pink Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Make the sauce: boil the broccoli in a small amount of water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add the butter, milk, and flour, mix well, and cook for a couple more minutes.
Step 3
Blend into a puree using an immersion blender.
Step 4
Place the cauliflower in a baking dish.
Step 5
Finely chop the garlic and add it to the cauliflower.
Step 6
Pour the broccoli puree over the cauliflower.
Step 7
Top with Brussels sprouts and green beans in a random order.
Step 8
Add pink pepper.
Step 9
Place the dish in an oven preheated to 390°F for 30-40 minutes.
Step 10
15 minutes before it's done, sprinkle with grated cheese.
