Description

Dry eating is the consumption of food without vegetable oil.

Ingredients

  • Butternut Squash ¼ piece
  • Red Curry Powder to taste
  • Coconut Liqueur 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the pumpkin into small rounds.

Step 2

Place in the oven for 15–20 minutes. When the pumpkin is dried and soft, remove it from the oven.

Step 3

Cut the pumpkin into random shapes (I cut it into squares).

Step 4

In a small pot (I cooked it in a Turkish coffee pot), add the pumpkin, 2 tablespoons of coconut milk, and curry powder, and simmer on low heat for about 2–3 minutes. It can be served as a side dish or as a standalone meal. Warning: the taste is exotic and sweet.
