Ingredients
- Soy Meat 10 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour boiling water over the soy meat and let it soak for about 15–20 minutes until it becomes soft.
Step 2
Drain the water and load the meat into a meat grinder along with the peeled onions.
Step 3
Season the resulting minced meat with salt and add spices. Sprinkle with flour until a sticky mass is formed, suitable for shaping patties.
Step 4
Shape the patties and coat each one in flour or breadcrumbs.
Step 5
Fry in a pan with heated oil.
Step 6
Place the finished patties on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
