Vegan soy meat goulash with vegetables
Ingredients
- Onion 2 pieces
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Beef Goulash 5 oz
- Eggplants 1 piece
- Potato 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 5 pieces
- Celery stalk 1 piece
- Paprika 1 tablespoon
- Carrot 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce 5 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the soy in warm water.
Step 2
Chop the onion, celery, and carrot. In a separate bowl, chop the zucchini, eggplant, potato, and tomatoes.
Step 3
In a wok, large deep skillet, or simply a pot, heat the olive oil. Add the first vegetable mixture and sauté. Then add the second mixture, passata, and a little water. Simmer covered.
Step 4
Halfway through cooking, add the soy. Season with salt and add paprika. Simmer until fully cooked.
