Ingredients
- Teriyaki sauce 5 oz
- Long-Grain Rice 5 oz
- Zucchini 1 piece
- Bell pepper 1 piece
- Cherry Tomatoes 5 oz
- Sesame Seeds to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the vegetables into small cubes, place them in a bowl, pour in half of the sauce, mix, and refrigerate for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Step 2
Cook the rice.
Step 3
Heat a skillet (without oil) and add the vegetables with the sauce, sauté on high heat until almost all the sauce evaporates.
Step 4
Serve the rice with the vegetables on a plate and drizzle with the remaining sauce, garnishing with sesame seeds.
