Ingredients
- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Plant-based Cream 5 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Seitan 5 oz
- Turmeric 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place a pot of water and salt on the stove, and when the water boils, add the pasta. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and sauté it over low heat with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Step 2
Once the onion becomes soft, add the seitan cut into thin, long strips. Sauté everything for a few minutes, then add the cream, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well and turn off the heat.
Step 3
Once the spaghetti is ready, add it to the sauce and mix very well. Serve the dish immediately.
