Ingredients

  • White Cabbage 0 lbs
  • Onion 1 head
  • Semolina ½ cup
  • Wheat Flour ½ cup
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Breadcrumbs 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Vegetable Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the cabbage into 4 parts and boil in salted water for 8–10 minutes. Drain the cabbage in a colander, pass it through a meat grinder, and squeeze to remove excess water.

Step 2

Grate the onion on a fine grater and press the garlic. Finely chop the dill.

Step 3

Add the onion, garlic, and herbs to the cabbage. Season with salt and spices to taste. Add the flour and semolina, and mix thoroughly.

Step 4

Form patties from the mixture, coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy.
