Description
For a side dish, you can use steamed broccoli. After boiling the broccoli, you can toss it in a skillet with butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, cilantro, and soy sauce — the same mixture used for seasoning the meat. Stirring occasionally, keep it on low heat for a minute or two.

- Garlic 4 cloves

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the veal into thin slices, about 3-4 mm thick, and lightly pound them using a small skillet or saucepan as a mallet. Pat dry with paper towels, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Heat clarified butter in a skillet and sear the veal for thirty seconds on each side.
Step 3
In a saucepan, melt the butter, add finely chopped garlic and coarsely chopped cilantro, pour in one tablespoon of soy sauce, and squeeze in the juice of a lemon — then immediately remove from heat.
Step 4
Drizzle the resulting sauce over the veal and serve. For even juicier meat, you can coat it in a small amount of flour before frying.
