Ingredients
- Veal 5 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the veal into thin slices and sauté in butter.
Step 2
Sort the dill, wash it, and chop it coarsely.
Step 3
In a pan with melted butter, place a layer of dill, then a layer of veal, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add another layer of dill on top, drizzle with butter, cover with a lid, and place in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the veal in the same pan.
