- Veal 30 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 5 oz
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Anchovies 4 pieces
- Pickled capers 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Oregano to taste
- Butter 0 oz
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Apple Wine 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the veal into portion-sized pieces and pound them. Lightly coat the cutlets in flour and fry them in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Chop the capers, anchovies, and herbs, and mix them together. Drizzle the cutlets with wine, add the tomato sauce, and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the anchovy mixture.
Step 3
Remove from heat, place cheese on each piece of meat, and cover with a lid to melt the cheese.
