  • Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
  • Apple 3 pieces
  • Honey 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Dried Rosemary 1 teaspoon

  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Chopped almonds 2 tablespoons
  • Paprika ½ teaspoon
  • Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pound the veal, season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Prepare the marinade: mix soy sauce, honey, and olive oil, add crushed garlic and spices (rosemary, oregano, mint).

Step 3

Let the meat marinate for about 15 minutes.

Step 4

Meanwhile, peel the apples and slice them into rounds. Crush the walnuts.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Line a baking tray with foil and grease it with butter. Place the meat on it, top with apples, and sprinkle with paprika, cinnamon, and walnuts. Cover with foil.

Step 6

Cook in the oven for 40 minutes.
