Veal Stuffed with Cherries
Ingredients
- Veal 20 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Red Grape Juice 0 fl oz
- Potato protein 1 teaspoon
- Water 10 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the piece of meat from membranes, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Make deep incisions in the meat with a sharp knife and stuff them with pitted cherries.
Step 3
Place the meat on aluminum foil and cover it with thin slices of butter. Wrap the meat tightly in the foil.
Step 4
Place the veal in a deep baking dish, add a little water, and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 355°F.
Step 5
15 minutes before the cooking time is up, remove the meat from the oven, unwrap the foil, and return the meat to the oven to brown.
Step 6
Serve with cherry sauce.
Step 7
For the sauce, combine all ingredients (wine, starch, water, salt) and cook for 15 minutes.
