- Veal Fillet 25 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 15 oz
- Shimeji mushrooms 5 oz
- Muscat Wine 5 fl oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Green Peas 10 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into 4 cm pieces, season, and sauté in a pot until golden brown, then transfer to a plate. Cut the champignon mushrooms in half and sauté the shiitake mushrooms in the same pot.
Step 2
Return the meat to the pot, pour in the wine and water, mix well, and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and simmer covered until the meat is tender. Add the green peas, heat through, and serve.
