Veal stew with dates, melon, and figs
Ingredients
- Veal 10 oz
- Watermelon 10 oz
- Green Figs 9 pieces
- Macadamia Nuts 15 pieces
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Mango 0.3 pieces
- Dates 4 pieces
- Dill 0 oz
- Adjika 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the veal into cubes, season with pepper and salt, and sauté in a hot skillet on all sides.
Step 2
In a separate pan, sauté the melon, finely chopped figs, dates, and add the chopped cashews in olive oil for about 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add the soft mango, adjika, a little pepper, and salt to the skillet and sauté for another minute.
Step 4
Pour the sautéed mixture over the veal, cover with a lid, and let it stew until cooked through, but not too long, as the veal was pre-cooked.
Step 5
Turn off the heat and let it sit for about 5 minutes, then plate, sprinkle with Parmesan, and serve with a fresh salad or rice.
