Veal Steak with Chanterelles
Ingredients
- Garlic 1 clove
- Pickled Chanterelles 15 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Escalopes 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms and carefully dry them on a napkin or towel.
Step 2
Rub the escalopes with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet and sauté the mushrooms for 4–5 minutes over high heat, adding the garlic and parsley one minute before the end.
Step 4
Transfer the mushrooms to a deep bowl along with the sauce that formed.
Step 5
In the same skillet, over high heat, fry the escalopes for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 6
When the veal is ready, add the mushrooms and simmer for another 2 minutes.
