  • Veal Escalope 12 pieces
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 24 pieces
  • Prosciutto 12 pieces
  • Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Salted Butter 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Place a slice of prosciutto and 2 sage leaves on each scaloppine.

Step 2

In a shallow dish, combine the flour with salt and pepper, mixing well.

Step 3

Fold the meat in half and lightly coat it in flour.

Step 4

Heat the olive oil and butter together over high heat.

Step 5

Sear the meat on both sides for two minutes and then remove to a plate.

Step 6

Next, pour the wine into the same skillet, stirring constantly until the alcohol evaporates. Then drizzle this sauce over the meat.
