- Ocean salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper 1 tablespoon
- Italian chopped parsley 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Place the tomatoes in a deep dish and add finely chopped garlic.
Step 2
Add chili sauce. Mix well.
Step 3
Place the meat in a roasting bag.
Step 4
Add the tomato marinade.
Step 5
Add pepper to the marinade. Salt to taste.

Add the Italian herbs.

Thoroughly coat the meat with the marinade. Wait for about 15 minutes.
