- Salad Potatoes 5 oz
- Tomatoes 0 oz

- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Garlic 2 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into wedges, season with salt and pepper, add rosemary and crushed garlic in its skin, and roast.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes coarsely, mix with julienned onion, salt, and olive oil.
Step 3
Cut the meat into medallions, season with pepper, fry to the desired doneness, and salt at the end.
Step 4
Blend the basil with olive oil and mix with butter.
Step 5
On a plate, arrange the medallions, top with basil butter, place the roasted potatoes and tomato salad alongside, and garnish with basil.
