Ingredients
- Veal 15 oz
- Parsley 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Pass the meat through a meat grinder twice. Mix the minced meat with the egg, add salt and pepper, form 8 balls, and place them in a pot of hot water. The water should just cover the balls. The meatballs should be boiled over low heat for 15–20 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce using the remaining broth, pour it over the meatballs, and sprinkle with herbs. Serve with rice, salad, or fresh vegetables.
