  • Veal Liver 15 oz
  • Onion 5 oz
  • Wasabi 1 teaspoon
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Mixed Ground Peppers ½ teaspoon
  • Rosemary 1 sprig
  • Thyme 1 sprig
  • Salt to taste

Chop the onion coarsely.

Melt the butter in the microwave and add the wasabi.
