Ingredients
- Veal Liver 15 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Chili jam 1 tablespoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Scallions to taste
- Crushed Tomatoes in Their Own Juice 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the tomatoes and chili sauce in a marinating container.
Step 2
Add the olive oil.
Step 3
Add the mixed peppers.
Step 4
Season with salt.
Step 5
Peel the garlic. Press it into the sauce using a garlic press.
Step 6
Rinse the liver.
Step 7
Cut into small cubes.
Step 8
Line a baking dish with foil. Place the liver in the container.
Step 9
Add the sauce and mix well.
Step 10
Cover with foil. Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 15 minutes.
Step 11
Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
Step 12
Transfer to a bowl and serve.
