Veal Liver in Raspberry Vinegar

Ingredients
- Veal Liver 5 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Shallot 1 piece
- Raspberry leaves 1 tablespoon
- Thyme 1 teaspoon
- Bay leaf ½ piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take a non-stick frying pan and lightly grease it with oil.
Step 2
Then slice the onion into rings and place them in the frying pan.
Step 3
As soon as the onion turns golden, remove it from the heat and set it aside.
Step 4
In the same frying pan, start frying the veal liver for 4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Then remove from heat.
Step 5
For the third time, take the same frying pan and sauté the shallot over low heat, then add the raspberry vinegar, bay leaf, and thyme.
Step 6
Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 7
Then combine all the remaining ingredients and serve.
