- Fresh basil leaves ¼ cup
- Breadcrumbs 0.3 cups
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
- Veal Cutlets 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon

Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 2
In a small bowl, mix finely chopped basil, 0.25 cups of breadcrumbs, parmesan, softened butter, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pat the meat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over high heat and add the meat. Sear until golden brown, about 1 minute on each side. Remove from heat. Top the meat with the basil mixture and sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs. Place in the oven for 15 minutes for medium doneness.
