Description
Beef ribeye can be used.
Ingredients
- Beef 20 oz
- Pork fat 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Pickles 1 piece
- Potato 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- White Pepper (whole) ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into 4 flat pieces the size of a palm, remove the membranes, salt, and sprinkle with pepper.
Step 2
On each piece of meat, place a few pieces of pickle, hard-boiled egg, strips of pork fat, and julienned potato.
Step 3
Roll up tightly and tie with string.
Step 4
Brush with egg and coat in flour.
Step 5
Fry in melted lard.
Step 6
Transfer to a pot, cover with boiling water or broth so that the meat is submerged, and simmer until cooked through.
