Description
When ready, you can add butter on top or sauté tomatoes with onions.
Ingredients
- Water 2 cups
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- White Cabbage ½ head
- Onion 4 pieces
- Lamb Fat Netting 5 oz
- Potato 2 pieces
- Lamb 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Black Cumin (Cumin) to taste
- Margarine 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead the dough: water, salt, egg, flour. The dough should be medium firm.
Step 2
Finely chop the cabbage, potato, onion, fat, and meat, add salt, cumin, spices, and vegetable oil, and mix well.
Step 3
Heat the margarine and add the vegetable oil.
Step 4
Divide the dough into two parts. Roll each part very thinly one at a time. After rolling the first one, spread margarine and place half of the filling, then roll it like a roll. Do the same with the second one.
Step 5
Cook in a preheated steamer for about 1 hour.
