- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Ketchup 0 oz
- Mustard Greens 0 oz
- Worcestershire Sauce 0 oz
- Eel 0 oz
- Melted Cheese 0 oz
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Cucumbers 1 piece
- Lime Juice 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Dill 1 stalk
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Hamburger Bun 4 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the rabbit fillet through a meat grinder using a medium or fine mesh. Add cream. Knead the mixture and beat it well. Let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 2
To make the sauce, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
Step 3
Roughly chop the lettuce and mix it with the dressing.
Step 4
Using a cooking ring, shape the patties. Fry in vegetable oil for two and a half minutes, flip, season with salt and pepper, add slices of mozzarella, and fry for another two and a half minutes.
Step 5
Cut the cucumber into medium-sized wedges, toss with lime juice, olive oil, and chopped dill, and season with salt.
Step 6
Cut the buns in half. On the bottom halves, place lettuce with sauce, then patties, followed by sliced tomatoes. Cover with the top halves of the buns. Serve cucumber wedges separately in small bowls.
