Ingredients
- Morels 10 oz
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Millet 10 oz
- Mint to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms, rinse them, and chop them coarsely.
Step 2
Cut the bacon into cubes and fry it in half of the butter along with the mushrooms for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the onion, wash it, slice it into half rings, add it to the skillet with the mushrooms and bacon, and fry for another minute.
Step 4
Rinse the millet in warm water, boil it until half cooked, mix it with the mushrooms, bacon, and onion, season with salt and pepper, and stir.
Step 5
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish greased with the remaining butter, and bake at 355°F for 45 minutes.
Step 6
Before serving, garnish with mint leaves.
