- Semolina 1 cup

Step 1
Peel the turnips, rinse them, cover with hot water, and boil until slightly tender.
Step 2
Remove the center of the cooked turnips and boil it, then pass it through a sieve, mix it with the previously cooked semolina porridge made with milk, add sugar and butter.
Step 3
Fill the prepared mixture into the turnips, place them in a greased skillet, sprinkle with grated cheese, brush with butter, and bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes.
