Turkish Tabouli
Ingredients
- Bulgur 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Onion 2 heads
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Spiced Tomato Juice 2 tablespoons
- Black Pomegranate Molasses ½ g
- Tomato Puree ¼ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 2 teaspoons
- Ground Cumin to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the bulgur in warm water for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Finely chop the parsley, onion, and garlic and mix them in a bowl. Drizzle with tomato juice, add the pepper puree, oil mixed with a pinch of cumin, and pomegranate syrup.
Step 3
Add the drained bulgur and gently mix. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
