Turkey Zrazy with Filling
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- White bread 2 pieces
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Scallions 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the bread in warm milk. Pass the fillet through a meat grinder. Finely chop the onion. Mix everything together, add salt and pepper.
Step 2
Boil the eggs, grate them on a fine grater. Grate the cheese as well. Finely chop the herbs. Combine everything and dress with mayonnaise.
Step 3
Form thick patties from the minced meat, place the filling inside, seal the edges, and pinch them together. Roll the zrazy in breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Fry until a golden crust forms.
