Turkey Zrazy with Assorted Filling
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- White bread 2 slices
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Olives stuffed with lemon 5 oz
- Capers 1 tablespoon
- Pistachios 2 tablespoons
- Breadcrumbs 10 fl oz
- 10% cream 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and garlic and sauté until golden brown. Remove the crust from the bread, soak it in milk, and squeeze out the excess. Chop the fillet in a blender to make minced meat.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the minced meat, bread, onion with garlic, add the egg, season, mix thoroughly, and place in the refrigerator. In a blender, chop the olives, capers, and nuts, add the cream, and mix.
Step 3
Divide the minced meat into patties, place the filling in the center of each, and seal the edges. Coat the zrazy in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides until golden brown. Then keep on low heat until fully cooked.
