
Turkey with Vegetables in a Slow Cooker

Description
You can add spices in addition to salt and pepper. You can also add tomatoes to the vegetables. If you want and love cheese, you can add grated cheese about 10 minutes before the cooking is done and switch to the 'Bake' setting.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- Frozen vegetables 'Hawaiian mix' 5 oz
- Sweet Pepper 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half-moons.
Step 3
Pour a little olive oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl, then add the onion and turkey.
Step 4
Take the vegetables (this can be a mix or separately: broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, Brussels sprouts) and place them in a bowl, then add the chopped bell pepper.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Set the mode to 'Stewing' for one hour.
