Turkey with vegetables and cream sauce in foil
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 25 oz
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Carrot 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Italian chopped parsley to taste
- Edam Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the fillet into cubes, season with salt and pepper, and add herbs.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
Step 3
Peel the carrot and cut it into cubes.
Step 4
Slice the pepper into thin half-rings.
Step 5
Dice the tomatoes.
Step 6
Chop the onion and garlic.
Step 7
Blend the mayonnaise, cream, herbs, and dry garlic together.
Step 8
Line a baking dish with foil so that it can be tightly wrapped later.
Step 9
Layer the following on the foil: fillet, onion/garlic, carrot, pepper, tomatoes, potatoes.
Step 10
Pour the sauce over the layers.
Step 11
Tightly wrap the foil and let it marinate for an hour.
Step 12
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Bake for 50 minutes.
Step 13
10 minutes before it's done, remove it, open the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese, and return to the oven uncovered.
Step 14
Garnish the finished dish with fresh herbs.
