- Honey 1 teaspoon
- Onion 1 piece
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Turkey 25 oz
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Soak prunes and dried apricots in boiling water, then chop finely.
Step 3
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon.
Step 4
Add a teaspoon of honey to the lemon juice and mix well.
Step 5
Peel and wash the onion, then chop finely.
Step 6
Peel and wash the carrots, then chop finely.
Step 7
Wash and dry the meat, then chop finely.
Step 8
Place the turkey in a baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Add the dried fruits, carrots, and onions.

Put in the oven at 390°F for 1.5 hours.
