Turkey with Potatoes and Onions, Baked in the Oven
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 25 oz
- Salad Potatoes 70 oz
- Onion 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Dill to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut into pieces about 1–2 cm.
Step 3
Soak the potatoes in cold water and leave while preparing the other ingredients.
Step 4
Wash the turkey, pat the meat dry, remove any membranes and tendons if present. Cut into pieces about 1–2 cm.
Step 5
Peel and wash the onion.
Step 6
Slice the onion into thin rings.
Step 7
Mix salt and spices or use a ready-made mix — Adyghe salt.
Step 8
Drain the water from the potatoes. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the potatoes on it. Top with onion rings. Place the turkey pieces on top of the onion. Add salt and spices.
Step 9
Place in the preheated oven at 390°F for 1.5 hours. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Step 10
When serving, garnish with tomatoes and dill.
