Description

Turkey with Pineapple

Ingredients

  • Turkey 2 pieces
  • Pineapple ½ pieces
  • Soy Sauce 2 spoons
  • Potato protein 3 spoons
  • Olive Oil 2 spoons
  • Peach Juice ⅓ glasses
  • Grated Ginger Root a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the turkey fillet into thin strips.

Step 2

Prepare a marinade using half of the starch, soy sauce, half of the olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 3

Soak the meat in the marinade.

Step 4

Heat the remaining half of the oil and sauté the turkey over high heat for 2 minutes, until the meat turns white and starts to brown.

Step 5

Add the sliced pineapple to the skillet along with a little water. Cover with a lid, reduce the heat to medium, and simmer for about 10 minutes, until the water has evaporated.

Step 6

Mix pineapple juice with starch and add hot water or broth, along with a pinch of ginger. Pour the sauce over the turkey with pineapple and let it simmer a bit longer until the sauce thickens.
