Turkey with Chickpea Flour and Vegetables
Ingredients
- Chickpea 1 tablespoon
- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 head
- Water 2 tablespoons
- Flower Salt to taste
- Mixed salad greens 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour chickpea flour into a bowl.
Step 2
Add water and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Wash and dry the carrot.
Step 4
Peel the carrot.
Step 5
Slice the carrot into thin rounds.
Step 6
Peel and wash the onion.
Step 7
Slice the onion into thin rounds.
Step 8
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 9
Cut the meat into small pieces.
Step 10
Place the vegetables at the bottom of a baking dish and sprinkle with herb salt.
Step 11
Layer the meat on top of the vegetables and drizzle with chickpea sauce.
Step 12
Place in a preheated oven at 390°F for 1.5 hours. Garnish with salad leaves before serving.
