Turkey with Cheese
Ingredients
- Turkey 10 oz
- Suluguni Cheese 5 oz
- Potato 1 piece
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Cress salad to taste
- Duck Fat 1½ teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the duck fat in a skillet.
Step 2
Place the turkey fillet in it and season with salt.
Step 3
Slice the tomato into thin slices.
Step 4
Do the same with the suluguni cheese.
Step 5
Once the breast is browned, flip it over and season with salt again.
Step 6
Then add pepper.
Step 7
Reduce the heat to medium and place the tomato on top.
Step 8
Add the salad leaves.
Step 9
Then add the cheese and cover with a lid. Simmer on low heat for about 7 minutes.
Step 10
Transfer to a plate, season with chili pepper, and serve.
