Ingredients
- Turkey 10 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Apple 1 piece
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Safflower Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the turkey into small pieces and place it to marinate in olive oil with soy sauce.
Step 2
Dice the apple and slice the onion into thin rings. Sauté the onion in sunflower oil, stirring, until golden brown.
Step 3
Add the turkey along with the marinade to the onions and sauté over high heat for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Reduce the heat, add the apple, season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid, and let it simmer for another 7 to 10 minutes.
Step 5
Buckwheat noodles or rice would make a great side dish.
