Ingredients
- Turkey 1 piece
- Apple 55 oz
- Clarified Butter 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the prepared turkey with salt and pepper, place it on a baking sheet breast side down, drizzle with melted fat, add a little water (200 g), and roast in the oven.
Step 2
During roasting, periodically baste the turkey with the juices that form, and rotate the baking sheet to ensure the turkey is evenly browned on all sides.
Step 3
Once roasting is complete, remove the turkey and roast the sweet apples on the baking sheet, previously sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Step 4
Cut the roasted turkey into pieces, arrange on a platter to resemble a whole bird, place the baked apples around the edges, and pour over the juices from the roasting.
Step 5
Garnish with parsley.
