Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 3 tablespoons
- Shallot 1 piece
- Parsley 1 stem
- Garlic ½ clove
- Lemon 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the turkey fillet into thin strips and the shallot into small cubes. Mix the cottage cheese with the onion, finely chopped parsley, and crushed garlic. Drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Layer the meat and the cottage cheese mixture in the bowl of a multicooker, alternating them so that the top layer is turkey.
Step 3
Cook in 'Bake' mode for 35 minutes. Serve hot.
