Turkey Thigh in Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Potato 1 piece
- Arugula 1 bunch
- Saffron 1 teaspoon
- Dried onion powder 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the tomato coarsely.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add the tomatoes and sauté over high heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Chop the arugula roughly.
Step 4
Cut the turkey into cubes.
Step 5
Add the turkey to the pan. Sauté over high heat.
Step 6
After 3–4 minutes, add the butter. Mix well and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 7
Add the dried onion and saffron.
Step 8
Stir.
Step 9
After 5 minutes, add the cream.
Step 10
Stir, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for another 3–5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 11
Add the arugula. Stir.
Step 12
After 2–3 minutes, remove from heat. Transfer to a plate and serve.
