Description
Shirataki noodles in this recipe can be replaced with udon. You will need to boil it according to the instructions on the package.
Ingredients
- Shirataki Rice 5 oz
- Turkey 5 oz
- Bulgogi Sauce 1½ tablespoons
- Enoki mushrooms 5 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Chili Flakes to taste
- Toasted Sesame to taste
- Coconut Liqueur 0 fl oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro 1 sprig
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the stems from the mushrooms.
Step 2
Rinse the shirataki noodles in cold water.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Step 4
Cut the turkey into small cubes.
Step 5
Add them to the oil and season with salt.
Step 6
After 2 minutes, stir and reduce the heat to medium.
Step 7
After 2 minutes, add the enoki mushrooms. Season with salt.
Step 8
After 2 minutes, add the coconut cream and kimchi sauce.
Step 9
Stir. Slightly increase the heat.
Step 10
Add the noodles.
Step 11
Stir and season with sesame seeds.
Step 12
Season with chili flakes. Sauté for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 13
Transfer to a deep dish and serve, adding cilantro.
