Turkey Steaks with Cheese
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 10 oz
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Sumac ½ teaspoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce 3 teaspoons
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Flaky sea salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat the olive oil with a pinch of coarse salt.
Step 3
Place the steaks in the heated oil. Fry for 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Once the steaks are browned, flip them over.
Step 6
After 3 minutes, add sumac and reduce the heat.
Step 7
Spread tomato paste on top.
Step 8
Add cheese.
Step 9
Add chili and cover with a lid.
Step 10
After 5–7 minutes, transfer to a plate and serve.
