  • Breadcrumbs 5 oz

Prepare all the ingredients.

Pound each steak while covering them with plastic wrap. The goal is to make them thin, but be careful not to create holes in the fillet.

Place thin slices of ham and cheese on the pounded turkey breast, leaving a 2 cm border from the edges.

Roll the meat into a roulade and tuck in the edges. Repeat with all the steaks.

Tightly wrap each preparation in plastic wrap and place in the freezer for one hour.

Heat the frying oil in a large skillet.
