- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Chopped almonds 8 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Shallot 2 heads
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Chinese green beans 15 oz
- Chicken Broth 5 fl oz
- Ghee 1 tablespoon
- Nutmeg 0 oz
- Thyme to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the turkey pieces well, season with salt and pepper to taste, coat the fillet in flour, then dip it in a bowl with beaten eggs, and sprinkle with almond crumbs. Fry the pieces in ghee.
Step 2
Sauté the finely chopped shallots in butter until golden, add the green beans, pour in the broth, and season everything with thyme, pepper, nutmeg, and salt.
Step 3
Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Then add the peeled tomatoes to the vegetables.
