Turkey rolls filled with cheese
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt ½ spoons
- Breadcrumbs 3 spoons
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the turkey breasts lengthwise into 1.5 cm thick pieces and pound them until they are wide and thin. Cut the cheese into thick, elongated slices so that it can be easily wrapped in the turkey. Wrap it in such a way that there is a slight overlap.
Step 2
Now dip the rolls in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs mixed with garlic salt (you can simply use salt and dried garlic).
Step 3
Fry them in vegetable oil over medium heat on both sides. You can even cover them with a lid for a short time to ensure they cook through. Once a golden crust forms and the cheese melts, they are ready!
