Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 25 oz
- Bacon 5 oz
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Olives stuffed with lemon 0 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar essence ½ tablespoon
- Thyme 0 oz
- Grated Ginger Root to taste
- Salt to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the wine, lemon juice, vinegar, ginger, and marinate the cut turkey for one to one and a half hours.
Step 2
Sprinkle the turkey fillet with thyme, wrap it in bacon, secure with toothpicks, and fry for 3 minutes on each side in half of the oil. Set aside on a plate.
Step 3
In the remaining oil, sauté the sliced vegetables and serve them with the turkey medallions.
